3 free pps for high lvls. They use only crowns. I would modify it a bit.. gives you 5 extra pp but works also on crowns..75hp/mana instead of 150 Better make it:Hard-Headed - Can't wear anything on your head. that might work

atm steel and iron helms give 2 armor, with this neg perk that armor being changed to 1 really wouldn't make that much of a difference.

No one would really bother with +150 imo for a crown, maybe +250 carry capac, but aswell it would be a pretty confusing item, what if your normal emu was 500 and you put on crown to make it 750 then you filled up to your max emu with silver ore and what would happen if you took off crown? your emu would be 750/500.

looool this reminds me of something that me and peeper did months ago to a guildie, he was lying about he hacked runescape really well and made himself become a giant and stopped playing because it was boring squashing everyone. i said "oh peeper, mike won't be happy to hear about this will he?" and my guildie asks who mike is and i tell him he's peeper's brother who works in jagex and i told him he might have to go to prison

Did a search, couldn't find anything like this so here's my idea. I think that perks should be better than the cape of that perk, it's a lot easier(for most people) to get a few k to buy a cloak than spending up 3-7 pickpoints for a perk. I think that the perks should have an advantage over capes, not too big of course, to start encouraging people to buy more perks. For example: monster magnetism cape ignores almost all monsters except invasion and some high level ones, but if you had the monster magnetism perk, invasion monsters would ignore you Body peircing cloak has a 10% chance of bypassing the opponents armor, maybe a change could be made that the perk did that but the cape didnt work on titanium plate armor Mirror perk currently has a 10% chance of irroring an opponents hit, the cape could stay at 10% while the perk moves up to 15% conjurer cloak makes you need only half the mana for summoning, however if you bought the perk it would be 1/3rd the mana needed the other perks would also be given other advantages except no more tears perk and the cape is already very expensive

Cyprom, even if they aren't great abilities it doesn't matter, this is also aimed at people who already have perks to make up for what a lot of them feel to be wasted pp's and thank you for pointing out the monster magnetism 1, never thought of bjers
