best rock band around today? I dunno, i wanna say Offpsring, but after Splinter, i've lost faith, it seems like they are selling out. Pearl jam has lost their touch. Foo fighters.... i really didnt like their new album at all, their selling out, slowly but surely. Dave grohl should retire, without kurt cobain he isn that great. Green day, i dont know. American idiot was ok, but 39 smooth, kerplunk, isomniac were 10x better, and i hear that they are only playing dookie and american idiot songs at concerts. Metallica needs to know when they've had enough Red hot chili peppers still together? They have to be the most under rated rock band out there. Every album they come out with is different, and amazing. And i never liked aerosmith, and especially not walk with this way

to be honest, i cant stand them. All rock is going to hell imo. Theres no real rock around anymore, all the emo bitching bands are coming up and somehow getting all the fans. And rock bands that used to be good, are selling out. Alot of bands today dont put the effort they should into their albums and come out with complete shit. Albums like Dookie, Nevermind, Smash, Ten, Core, Californication, will never be seen again. Now we'll get singles, that are mediocore and then albums are complete shit. We need another Nirvana to come around and start another revolution

yea i want to see more of cid fighting =( the only problem i had was in a few fight scenes (second motorcycle scene and seph scene) is that it was hard to see what was going on

wake me up when september ends is really about mike dirnt and billy joe's childhood. They always had very rough times at school and loved the summer. Also Billy joe's dad died in early september i believe, and he was going through the hardest times. That is what this song mainly reflects Just like Boulevard of Broken dreams, which is about how greenday had been shunned by many of their fans. They're early fans accused them of selling out after they left lookout records, they werent aloud to play at any of their favorite punk rock clubs. Not even the clubs that they first played in would let them back. They got alot of shit from their fans when they played at woodstock as well. Thats what that song is supposed to reflect. but both songs still play into the entire story of "american idiot" and i heard it was an opera not a movie >< And good riddance is a sacastic song, its meaning is basically "fuck off". But its still the #1 wedding song ;D

this game really used to rock. But now, the community is full of pricks and assholes with a few exceptions. I think the gameplay of EL has gone down ALOT as well. Horrible community and horrible gameplay. Whenever i log in just to chat i listen to the completely arrogant assholes at the beam talking and arguing about the most pointless shit i've ever heard in my life. and theres no point in posting this on the EL forums, EL will win no doubt, that why your here ;D. Illarion would win if it was on the illa forums. And these games are quite different... its all on your preference of gameplay

i've played a game thats 10o% RP for some time now, i guess i should share it with you guys since there are alot of hardcore RPers in EL. Illarion Its all RP with skills, its pretty fun. It has small community, but it works. There are some EL players that play it. Me, Thalos (if you remember him ;D), aerowind, yoshi, prince of darkness, fig (alsrir)

you guys shouldnt put down a game because of the player # i remember when EL would have no more than 10 people playing at a time

i really do miss the old general chat, when there were always atleast 30 people in it, we had such great times chatting but channel 4 will nevre be populated ever again, because i single handedly ruined channel 4 forever glad to see i left a scar in EL!

about half the community is german/deutsch but almost all of them speak english.
