Why would I go to PK areas? There's nothing interesting in there anyway. To reach certain rare ores and resources you are forced to go through the PK map, so PK politics is getting more important there.

I think full restoration (name it rejuvenation for example) should be at level 40+, on level 21, only something like 50% healing should be available IHMO.

I think that dying to a summon on non-PK map is like dying to an animal/monster. Ergo, you should only guard the owner's bag, not take it. I know it's hard to obey since someone might keep killing your pets when you don't want to, but still I think it's like death to an animal/monster, which means you should return the bag. So this is my opinion. NOTE: I'd love to see how this debate wil result to make a personal note to summoning

Restoration itself seems a bit easy. I mean, level 21 magic which can heal you completely is a big deal. Now it would be even halved in cost? I think this would be too much IMHO.

I have to say once more that vial price is exaggerated. Look at for example SR potion: ingreds+food are worth approximately 6gc and empty vial 3gc. How can container of the potion costs one third of its price? I think there is definitely need something to be done here (and not only vials, some other items have dusty, spiderweb covered prices (e.g. NPC blacksmiths)).

EL is MMO in the first place. Means than not only some people but every person can play it. All around the world, speaking all different languages. Its worldwide, 24/7 online played game by all the people you can imagine. English has been only set as a default but not only language permitted to use. Treat others as you wish to be treated yourself.

Even if they cannot speak english well, it don't denies their right to play the game. EL comunity has many subcomunities speaking different languages which help "english impaired" people to enjoy the game and take part.

EEEK! Weird but funny

Harvy is a thief! 3gc+5 quartz for a vial? That is unheard of. If the Harvy would sell it for let's say 1gc+1quartz, it would be suitable, but otherwise I am afraid it would only give advantage in the hands of those who have tens of thousands vials and do not know what to do with them.

Aren't you being to hard on them? They have the same right to play as you do. More so, one of the biggest and honorable guild is PL guild.
