I'm a bit late but this is brilliant work.. bravo!

I read through each post and I didn't see one post which was opposed to your idea. Infact, it was just the opposite. Your concept had an overwhelming round of support and approval. Its just that everyone was so excited by the possibilities that things got a little out of hand. Its to be expected when dealing with an open forum/discussion on a beta game where the actual player is part of the development in process. Actually, its a compliment to you. This idea of yours is something players have been dreaming of for ages and its needed.. would be interesting and fun. As Placid and others said, it just needs to be tweaked a bit like most newborn concepts do.

Well, you wanted open discussion and thats what you got but its the decision of you and the EL development team and what the team can agree on is what is really important. I think the concept is great and is worth developing further. I hope you change your mind and not give it up entirely. Just take the suggestions with a grain of salt and weed through the ones which are workable, imo.

The only problem I have with this is that I personally feel that neutral should neither have advantages nor disadvantages. Once again, I encourage us to take a look at the existing yet non exsiting Karma system which was never fully developed. IMO I feel that it would merge nicely in with this new concept of Entropy's.

Perhaps good and evil affiliations can be effected by "Karma" also. In addition to choosing which path we take.. darkness or light.. the strength or abilities, etc. that we have could be based on a system which really hasn't been developed yet. For years now we have either gotten negative or positive Karma points if we killed or healed the Wondering Fool Bot...lets expand and develop this concept further. I think I'm about -20 in Karma. I'm sure some of you are even more negative or greatly positive.

If they do so, then so be it, but they will be very hard to kill. Unicorn = 2x the attributes of a Giant would "kick ass". The only problem with that, is then all PK's would be Evil. not all but most :/ i didnt think of that, i still like the 3-4% for all other skills for good ppl, as it stands ents first post, i might want to be evil. not really, im good no matter what but it is tempting We are all both capable of good and evil.. its our divided nature.

Maybe for you but for me and everyone I know on other programs.. games and virtual reality fraps is the best.

Personally I think fraps is the best..the video was great. Despite the poor quality it captured the ambiance.. The music choice was perfect.. high energy for the moment. Loved it. Keep it up. jcs was begging and asking and even demanding everyone in the guild and even in the market channel to give him money. He actually asked me to sell things and harvest flowers. Even though I was bit put off by him I sold all of my books dirt cheap to the NPC in Nordcarn just to help him out because he was a guildie and he wanted to create a guild of his own. I gave him 8K. LabRat also helped him out, too. A few hours later he PM's me to say that he was scammed by some name which doesn't even exist. He said that he even did a #abuse to report the scam but the mod who contacted him told him that the name didn't exist. He asked me if he would have to harvest bluelupines again and I said "yes". He asked me if I would help him again and I said "no". It turns out that he lied. He wasn't scammed and infact he was the one who scammed me, LabRat and who knows how many others. It was my choice to help him and it won't stop me from helping others because I like helping people. There is no guarantee that when you are helping even a guildmate as in this case that they won't scam you. That doesn't mean we should stop helping others thus losing a part of our humanity. I'm simply posting this here to warn others not to trust JCS because he is a scammer. The gold can easily be replaced but not the trust.

This is also a first to post oneself as an outlaw, lol.. wait I think I posted myself once as an outlaw for something else just as hilarious. Yeah, lol.. I saw that and I didn't know that one needs to "learn" magic immunity. Its just a spell. No special knowledge required, lol. It wouldn't take much to PK him in the first place with several people casting harm and others mana drain.. even the magic immunity only last one minute, I think. Then if he has negatives like ICD .. well.. same goes for summoned creatures, casting smite or heal for that matter. Its a matter of combat tactics combined with magic more than someone who simply has high stats and if you have a guild behind.. well the more the merrier. High stats in itself mean nothing. Emon2 and I would often PK players who were 15 levels higher than us and even more sometimes. Now with the cooldown..especially on rings, it makes Pking more complicated. I remember once Shivar using tpr on some noob at KF.. that noob was running and he was casting tpr and harm both until he caught up with the noob who turned out to ME. Later I joined =Hc= and did even more noob things like to help heal his fluffy so he could train longer, lol. For the longest, I was the only female Pk'er (now I don't PK except for KingBrian the other day).. anyway, my partner in crime Emon2 and I would bring them down but I was the one who got the nasty PM's simply because I am female while he got nothing, lol.. But it was all fun now that I look back on it all. Back then guys had allot issues being PK'd by a female (namely me).. so I eventually stopped training forever and ever (like 6 months) and only recently started again a few months ago..I don't plan on getting back into the PK scene. Its nice to see more females on the top players list and its nice to see more female Pk'ers. I just don't want the hostility that comes with it. I may sound a little vain, but I would like to think that I helped to pave the way for female fighters on EL.

It sounds like you'll have his death bag next. Having a fast car means nothing if you don't know how to drive it. Truthfully speaking, there is no code of honour anymore like there used to be long ago. It simply doesn't exist. Once upon a time, you never attacked anyone while PvP .. now its a common practice. It is truly a no-mans land iin every sense of the word except for us wo-men, lol.

I just don't see it this way at all and I know if the tables were turned this would be an entirely different post here. Enemies on this game do tend to take the death bag of each other, especially on PK maps. I always return death bags even to those who don't like me. As I said.. if my intent were to PK someone and here they were dead at my feet, I would give thanks to the mother goddess and quickly retrieve the contents of the bag and make haste. I'm being 100% honest here.

I know that I probably shouldn't post my two cents worth but.. here goes.. I think that whatever is taken on a PK map is fair game.. same goes for kills of summoned creatures. Its an outlaw area in the first place so to speak.. a neutral ground where no laws really exist (besides the written official bylaws of EL) other than the laws of your specific guild because each guild has their own set of laws. If so and so were my enemy and my intent were to PK them and then here they were dead at my feet whether it was by my hand or not, I would take their bag. Wouldn't you? Wouldn't most?

That happens to me too, but its ok cause some people will prefer to believe liars as long as the liars and gossipers are their friends. Gotta love EL or life for that matter. People are people everywhere, online and off regardless of nationality or culture or gender or race or language or religion. I'm the kind of person who will tell a friend when they are wrong and not judge an individual by the company they keep until they give me personal reason to do so. I could say for example that I don't like so and so but I like the friend of so and so. I know tons of people who say that they can't be friends with friends of their enemies. I find that type of philosophy extremely narrow minded with a nice white picket fence locked around it. Finally.. "do unto others..as you would have them do unto you.." this goes for just about anything at all in life. I think its good that you did the right thing by returning her items. It either took courage or it took peer pressure. Either way, this case seems closed. Its called sweet revenge. Some love that taste while others gag on it. Some learn valuable life lessons while yet others prefer to remain in a dark closet.

*Twoface* not *Tooface* Personally, I think its morally wrong to lure a player unto a PK map and he should have returned the bag. Its even more wrong to make an enemy think that they are your friend just so you can PK them and laugh they believed your differences were resolved. I guess at the end of the day, its a matter of personal ethics.
