    Since I obviously don't speak any Romanian, I was getting curious as to what Ent said above, and when I put the sentence into an online Romanian-English translator (http://www.etranslator.ro/english.html) I got this:

     

    Bucuresti, but bear me and on to Saturn and Busteni.

     

    Looks like it's the online translator that's on crack cocaine, not me :P

    well I don't speak romanian either, but adienne asked where they will be staying in romania, and Bucuresti is the capital of Romania. guess Saturn and Busteni are other places they'll visit. it's not that hard :)

    Yep it's from Red Dwarf, and the fact some people dont know this is disgraceful!! :) Red Dwarf's only like the funniest TV show EVER :P

     

    (If anyone does decide to investigate RD, try and find the original episodes, some of the funniest shit is cut from certain recent DVD releases :))

    something I found while exploring: when you sit under water, the new camera effects make this possible: thought it was very funny. it got me dreaming about how cool it would be if there was an underwater world, and I even started thinking about a new skill: Swimming!

    our cats (brother & sister) are named Lucretia Borgia and Brutus Maximus, which we short as Luca and Max.

     

    since this is a dark beauty, Cleopatra should work. and you can short it by Cleo.

     

    ofcourse Pussy is a perfect name for any cat.

     

    and since you live in Norway, you could consider giving her a name from the norwegian mythology, like Freya (goddess of beauty and love) or Thor.

     

    or you could just go with some ikea name (i know, thats swedish, not norwegian, but it all sounds the same to me, and i guess to you to :P) some suggestions: Odda, Krobi, Snille, Hedda, Ludde or Bibbi Snurr, which i like best, since snurr sounds a lot like 'snorren' which is a dutch word for the sound a cat makes when he's content.

    as long as there is normal interaction between the family members (no excesive trading/muling/giving away things) you don't have to be afraid to get banned. like entropy said it's ok.

     

    if you ever get banned, and you think this is a mistake, you haven't done anything wrong, you can post in the banned section, and then mods will deal with it.

     

    whitelisting is only needed when you can't log in due to a banned ISP range because sombody else using that same ISP, who has nothing to do with you, caused an ISP ban.*

     

    example: everyone in your neighbourhood is connected through the same ISP, and some guy living 2 blocks away, plays eternal lands and does something extremely bad, which forces the mods to ban the entire ISP, so he can't log in even if he goes next door to play at a friends house. you would be affected by this ban, because you have the same ISP, but you don't deserve to be banned, so the mods can whitelist your playername, so you can still play.*

     

    if something is not entirely clear i find it very usefull reading posts in the banned section.

    thanks piper and florian. germany is only half an hour by train for me, but any other solutions would be better i guess, since i have to pay for the train in germany :ph34r:.

     

    and there is a dutch version http://www.fnl.nl/ct/

    but it only comes out monthly, so i guess its not the same.

     

    and florian, 1 more question. which 'ausgabe' contains eternal lands? 03/08 or 04/08? (or another one)

    does anyone know if the german c't is buyable in the netherlands aswell? or if the dutch version of c't contains the article? i really want to buy it, but i feel already stupid seeing myself traveling to germany, buying the magazine and discovering the next day it's available in dutch stores aswell.

     

    and this magazine is available in stores on feb 4th?

    finding 3 binding stones in 1 batch of titanium made me really happy. too bad i was afkish due to making breakfast, and acctually missed the whole thing.

    erm, someone had to click to start harvesting again :D

     

    ... a bad moment of glory...

     

     

    what i meant was: i missed the moments i found the stones. everytime i got back to my pc, i found out i stopped harvesting.. looked what happend and saw i found a binding stone. then i started harvesting again, walked away, got back a few minutes later and the same thing happened.

     

    i don't even know how to macro, and i can't think of any reason to lie.

     

    just explained it a bit weird i guess. i thought 'afkish' made clear i was on and off the pc at that time

     

    Not really. I know someone who regularly uses her computer in the kitchen because it has more space than her desk, so she could have clicked and continued making her food. Besides, I don't think Anna would cheat.... :laugh:

     

    right. it's just 5 steps from our main computer to our fridge. i usually make some sandwiches while i'm online. and afterwards, i need to smoke a cigarette, for which i must go outside. those kind of things are little breaks of 10 -15 minutes. thats what i meant with afkish

    this summer, RotationZ and I went to Croatia, and we saw 2 italian cars parked right next to eachother, giving out a secret message through their license plates.. something about Crystal Caverns 0,61 Eternal Lands, and a story about a Death Bag @ 8,22 in Tarsengaard

    I've had 1 crash since the update, and our framerate is extremely slow now. we'll probably need new drivers for our videocard. rotationz is looking into that, since he's the nerdy one of us.

     

    so nothing disasterous. everything else works fine. and I love the sound !! :hug:

    I like lots of bands... some favorites: Nine inch Nails, Placebo, Lamb, Small Faces, Skunk Anansi, Garbage, Dresden Dolls.

    ohhh and of course Cake, great band! and Counting Crows, Madonna, Moloko, Electric six, Blur, the Gorillaz, Peaches, Chemical Brothers, Prodigy... pfff too much to mention..

    i used to support them for a small amount every month, but i got tired with all the informationbooklets and beggings for more money they sent me every month. i'm talking about fancy booklets wrapped in plastic.. (i'm already paying you, you don't need to convince me anymore..?) so i stopped my payment.

     

    but that's the dutch department anyway. don't know what its like in other countries. they do great work though, too bad for them they started to annoy me.

    so I found something weird, i'm not quite sure it's a bug, but I don't know what else it could be, so i thought i'd post it.

     

    in the northwest of immemor island, isles of the forgotten, there are two houses. the coordinates standing for both doors are: [40,151] and [55,154]. the funny thing is, when you go inside one house, and go back out, you end up in front of the other house. this works for both houses, and it looks very weird to me. could be something done on purpose, but I don't really see the fun in it. so I guess something got mixed up.
