I'd like to order another 2k energy essences, thanks! PS: nice work with that list of items/prices

While I think they (the new ships) do look really nice, I'll have to say that a ship in port (which is the ships we see in EL) wouldn't have hoisted sails. One could argue that they're in the process of arriving or leaving port but as my understanding of these matters go, you'd only use some small sails for those maneuvers. Not having sails hoisted would also remove the problem of having the wind go in two different directions at the same location

Should bots be able to send messages in local chat?
Ermabwed replied to LabRat's topic in General Chat
And according to Radu, that's against the bot rules (see original thread). -
Not that I really care one way or another but to the aversion against buying up front, let's just remind ourselves that we're talking about people who are willing to take almost 1 million gc in losses (in one small area of their skill, see one of holar's posts in the manuf-strike thread) before starting to do something about that. A less populist way to put it would be: If you want to spend x+y gc, with y being the total amount available for reinvestment, you could first make the x gc and cycle through with only your initial money left at the end or you could make the x+y gc first, buy everything up front, cycle through and have initial money+y left at the end. Unless you are planning on doing only one or very few cycles, the second option is obviously better as it is faster when it comes to actually making the helms and you can use the y gc either for other things, use them by the slow method or simply take them out of your initial money and not have to "make" them in the first place (which by my first sentence should be quite possible for you ).

2k energy essences please
-
Trade for one of mine?
-
It does, you can cast spells every second out off combat, but only every two seconds when in combat. ...
-
Because you can't fumble with ingredients and summon a creature while more or less vigorously hitting that guy in front of you (for the same reason, casting a spell while engaged in combat should come with a penalty).
-
I'll buy \o/ To afford it, LeRat will push silver ore price to 5 gc thus ruining the economy. Next question.
-
Question regarding your calculation on the point where you claim Trik becomes inefficient: obviously a "Trik person" would get all the ingredients first, even those he expects to get the money back for. Is that calculated in there as well? Question regarding travel cost/times (also ties in with the question above): 2k gc seems a bit much for one ICTPR and possibly one TPR... (Irsis -> MM, MM -> VotD) Somebody should do the numbers for using school on scholars day...

1k energy essences, 8k gc, in game same as on forums. Thanks

Love the idea, but what about tea?

If production requires a tool, you should also add the appropriate fraction of the tool's price (i.e. breakrate times price of tool) to the final price. As was already hinted at in Zamirah's post above (Vial Molds are a real PITA in that regard, and not only because of their apparent shape).

I'm with Suicidal Tendencies on this one.
-
What alchemists? This is about the only active "alchemy shop" at the moment. I'm quite sure it would get almost the same orders if the prices were more adjusted to "evil harvesters and bot owners".

That's too long for a player's name.

Same here (except that due to a different architecture the path is slightly different), stable boost version is 1.34, so no use emerging that, since 1.37 is also in portage, I soon figured I have more interesting things to learn than how to remove the hard mask for a particular version of a package. Is there any reason for using these particular versions of libstdc++ and boost or will older/newer versions work as well (in the future)?
-
I'll take the same please, maybe Molime and I can take turns \o/

-5 per pot, according to the blog down to -30 Potion of Attack Reduction Potion of Defense Reduction

I don't see how at a price of 7kish per scale (which is about the cost of actually acquiring the scale as I was told) you can possibly come to a 400 gc minimum price, I think around 630 gc will cover the costs barely and since less than a handful of potion makers can make them without failing too often, you're more likely looking at a 700 gc minimum cost. Which in turn comes to about 1 scale per skill per hour, plus cost of going down to where you want to train, leading to a minimum of 7k for one skill per hour or 14k for two. Is that too much? Seeing spending patterns of some "fighters" I guess Radu must have thought it's not On the other hand, making them too cheap will just put us back to the perversion of TS pots "fail". So, in conclusion, while I do have the money to waste on them, I won't, but I'll make them for you

Hätte auch gereicht, zu sagen, dass du aus Polen bist
-
My guess that's because of availability of the ingredients or the ease of obtaining them, respectively.

Knowing that the devil always hits on the biggest pile, I'd like to pose the following question to most if not all suggestions above anyways: Why would you want to give the people with the best luck an award for it on top of it? PS: The charity idea from post one need not be "bullshit" going to the void, make it "pay" for slightly enhancing the stuff the tutorial NPC gives out to newbies for the first quest.

I don't think a poll with the votes of what is (hopefully) less than 5% of the EL population is indicative of anything really, but since decisions apparently are made on channel 6 nowadays I don't see how it matters either way
