I really loved that quest. It took me ages to find Faris, but it was certainly worth the effort. And Cindy, you gotta STFU; the game is still in Beta, I wonder if you know what Beta means at all? Lemme explain: Game in Beta Version: A game in development, the main features are pretty much worked out and implemented, but there still are some (if not loads) bugs to be fixed, features to be implemented, maps to be made and suggestions to be made. Does this ring a bell? It might be a bug, although I didn't hear anyone else complain about the quest before. Try to be a little nicer >.<

OK, this is NOT an ingame bug, just a forumbug. Don't know if I should post it somewhere else, but here goes: I received a mail saying 'You got a new private message' (sent on 15 dec) So, today (16 dec) I wanna look at that nice message, but 'You have no new messages' comes up. *as usual * So, if anyone did sent me a PM; do it again, please And how did that PM get lost anyway? If no one did, how come I got that mail? Gee

Did you create a character? (Ingame that is, not an account on the forums) If not, click the 'new char' button, next to the 'log in' button. If you'd create a character already, and you didn't play with it for a long (note: very long) time, it might be lost due to format changes (this was even before the Alpha stage, so if you just joined, nvm) If you're using numbers, or any other non-alphabetic chars in your name, make sure you've got those right. If all this doesn't work, turn to Entropy and ask him to delete your current character, allowing you to make another one.

That was suggested before. It couldn't be done due to loads of extra network traffic (causing lag). Sorry

I don't know what Saddam deserves more, death or lifelong imprisonment. Death would mean we're rid of him. But so is he rid of us. Lifelong imprisonment would mean money needed for food, water and guards, and the possibilty that he gets out. But IMO a far worse punishment, spending entire years doing nothing but staring at the ceiling...

A purpose for houses is easily made. Maybe a basement with monsters, so you can get paid to train ppl in your basement. A museum, where you stall out all those precious artifacts you collected during your journeys. A place to keep all your stolen stuff. A place to clean money. A place to ... About the 'Do I trust you, dear roommate?': You're house could have seperate bedrooms. You're not able to acces a bedroom without owning it yourself, or getting permission every time you want in. (much like the trade icon, just click the door, the player who owns the room will get a message saying that a player wants to acces his room, type #yes to let him in, #no to tell him to go to hell. There should be cheaper houses, with only one room. If you cohabit with someone in there, you better make sure they wont steal anything. I for one know enough people I would trust. But that's just me

Maybe just boats which take you veeery far should cost something. So Isla Prima - WSC costs nothing, while DP - Portland costs a little bit.

Nice idea, although I don't know how hard it is to implement it. It would require new maps, where your char has another appeareance (the ship). Next to that more monsters, and a whole new experience system for the ships (well, not entirely new, but more expanded for ships). But it would be cool.

I don't care Nice going Sylvanna, great intro to yourself * The next morning Aira woke up in a comfortable bed, not knowing how he got there. Where am I? he thought. Soon he remembered how he carried that girl to this house, and how they had met Sylvanna. After they'd brought the girl to bed, the two of them talked, about how the stone worked. Aira didn't remember the end of the converstion though, nor how he got up this room. He didn't care much. He wanted to know more about this place. After he got dressed, he went downstairs, finding Sylvanna having breakfast on a small table, with comfortable chairs. *** Nardo, Laena and Geelef where planning on how, and when to go through time. Since Geelef knew about the stone, he proposed to go together, ensuring they went back to the same time. 'That stone is kinda weird. For half an hour it'll send you to a certain time. Half an hour later you could be sent back 1000 years earlier. Or later. But when you're then (Man, weird sentance O.0), there's no way back to now. At least not that I know of.' Laena and Nardo nodded. 'I can see the part of us going through time together.' Laena said. 'But what if we go back to when Aira isn't? Then we are in even more trouble.' 'I've got the solution to this one,' Nardo replied. 'Back home I've got a nifty little potion, it'll help us see to when we are going. I'll be right back.' With a soft woosh of air Nardo disappeared into nothing. Seconds later he returned, with another woosh. 'Just teleported. Here, look at this.' Nardo threw the vial, filled with a greenish substance, at the stone. The moment the vial bursted, an old elven date appeared above the stone, written in the sky, with beautiful golden smoke. Nardo snapped his fingers. Beneath the date appeared another date, written in a red smoke. 'The red is when Aira is sent to. The golden is where we are going to, if we read the stone.' Suddenly Geelef pulled out his sword, pointing it at a dark spot in the forest. A crack of a dried leaf breaking came from that dark spot. 'Who's there?' Geelef asked, while the others readied their weapons. 'Wow man, it's just us. We caught a few rabbits for dinner.' Thalos' voice came from the point Geelef was aiming at. Geelef put back his sword. 'Man, couldn't you have said a bit earlier?' Soon the rest of the group joined the three, looking at the dates above the stone. 'What's that?' Tumaros asked. 'That are dates. The upper one is the date we will be sent to if we read the runes. The lower date is where Aira has gone to.' Laena explained. While she spoke the upper date changed, the golden runes took another form, shifting and reshaping. 'Ok, that's good. Only one day after Aira. Let's go.' Geelef said, while he read the new date. 'And what about our rabbits?' Tumaros said, with a little grunt. 'Just leave 'm,' Nardo smiled.

The Purge, Day 2 I went to search for the wreckage of the ship that crashed into the medicine today. I found the spot, right now I'm on a hill several miles away. At the foot of the hill dense fog swirls and curls around, above the crashsite a green smoke rises into the skies. I bet that's the medicine, escaping from it's vault. The Purge, Day 3 I Flew towards the crashsite. When I got close to the medicine, I started to feel very happy, all anger faded out of me. I knew this was bad, I might get mad after an overdosis. So I flew back. Right now I'm working on a plan to get rid of the medicine. It's pretty hard, considering it might explode... The Purge, Day 4 I went out to get some of the ingredients I need for a special ball. I'm glad I can Teleport, it would take me months to walk everywhere. The Purge, Day 7 Finally found all the ingredients. I've put them together in a small, red ball. I added some magical effects. If I throw this ball in the vault, it should consume all the medicine, leaving only water. The fog in the direct area of the ball will be more dense though... The Purge, Day 8 It worked excactly as I thought it would. Only the fog is way more dense than I expected. I'm gonna get out of here, before I get totally mad... The Purge, Day 9 This morning I woke up with an idea in my head: since I can't get rid of the fog; I might be able to lock it up somewhere. Although I don't know how. Yet. The big problem is that the creatures constantly refresh the fog by breathing. But I will find a way. The Purge, Day 10 I just casted a huge Aireal spell, a strong wind is blowing all the fog to a certain point in the sea. Once all the fog is there, I shall send it into space. The Purge, Day 26 Finally I got rid of the fog, or atleast the bigger parts. I sealed the huge cloud inside a magical ball. It wasn't easy to conjure it; it has to last forever, and it has to be really strong. But I think I managed. With all my might I was able to get that ball into the endless darkness called space. We're rid of that now. The Purge, Day 27 The only thing left is the fog breathed by the creatures, and the creatures itself, ofcourse. I'm thinking of a way to fix them, but I can't figure anything out. The Purge, Day 31 I found a way yesterday. The only problem is that it involves me killing myself, so if it goes wrong there's a huge problem. I'm going to recalculate everything a few more times. The Purge, Day 32 I think everything will go well. But I want my story to be completed. I enchanted my feather, so it'll write in this diary for a day after my death. I just gotta cast that spell now. I hope it works... The Purge, Day 33 Nothing happened. And when I say nothing, I mean nothing. I didn't even get hurt... Maybe I have to recalculate my physical strength and ethereal power... The Purge, Day 34 - The Beginning of the End OK; this is it. I'm going to put a stake through my heart for this one. If the spell fails, I wont be able to do anything... Feather Edit: This Evening I completed the spell. Although I am perfectly dead, the spell failed. It even made things worse. The fog hasn't disappeared at all, it only went invisible, never to be seen again. The society were I was born might think the fog is gone, and try to do all kinds of weird stuff. But they'll probably die trying. I can even explain what happened. The moment I staked myself, my powers were released into the 'wild', some of it was taken over by the fog. That invisible fog will be more powerful as the visible one... Final Note, by the Feather If anyone stumbles across this diary, please try to get rid of the fog. I don't know how, I do know why. If you do, the civilisation you and I lived in will return to its original state, leaving out all the violence. Without the fog the violent creatures will turn friendly again, ensuring worldwide peace. You might find yourself living next to an Orc or a Minotaur. I hope you can achieve what I could not. A mere common man. Tadaaa. Might change some stuff in this post... I'm not completely happy with it. So any critisism would be cool

Heh The first stories I ever wrote were on this forum It might be in my blood or something o.0 Endless Agony, Undated I must be out of my mind. The morning after that dragonish man asked me his terrible question, I answered with a mere yes. For a second the man's eyes lit up, as if a fire burned from within him. Then, everything went black. I woke up, I don't know how much later. Tiwo was standing next to me, his beard a few inches longer. He told me I was in the Chamber of Time. An eternity here took about a second in the normal world. This is where I could train. I wouldn't age, nor die of exhaustion, hunger or wounds. I didn't need to sleep. It was Training all day long. If you can speak of days... I write this after what seemed a thousand years. Give or take a few decennia. I know I am the strongest person ever. I know I am ready for my trial. It seems I am the only living person that hasn't gone mad in here. But I want to get out, and clear the world of it's evil. The Purge, Day 1 Everything went black once more. When I woke up, the dragon was standing next to me, the fire in his eyes still fading. 'Already back?' he asked me. I didn't answer. I stood up and Teleported away, right through the fog. When Tiwo didn't come along I went back. But there was no Tiwo anymore. The dragon said Tiwo was only here to aid me in my journey to perfection. That journey was complete. Now, Tiwo was back where he came from. Some might call that place heaven. Other's the Eternal Plains, or, as the dragons do, Eternal Lands. I am on my own now, ready to fight the world. But I will miss Tiwo more than anything. I lived with him for over a thousand years...
